Helena Hoyte Bierly managed the complete construction of a new 3,000 sq. ft home on Bainbridge Island in the Northill neighborhood while acting as the general contractor for the project.

This exciting and beautiful project was created in a timely and cost efficient manner. Responsibilities included submitting plans with the city of Bainbridge Island, selecting all interior design finishes for flooring, lighting, countertops and paint colors, kitchen and bath design while working closely with the architect to maximize light and facilitate the interior flow from room to room including furniture layouts.

The construction process included interviewing and selecting sub-contractors for multiple bids and scheduling all of the work and follow up to make sure it was done correctly.
